• In a Word document, explain why each of the following is wrong.

1. Since the hard drive is non-volatile and main memory is volatile, we should get rid of main memory and run our programs straight from the hard drive so we never lose our work.
2. The purpose of the ROM is to store our files somewhere safe so they can't be written over.
